Tuition and fees
Payment can be made with three types of payment plans – billed semi-annually, annually, or once per three years. The price does not change based on the grade the student is in.

School Bus Service – ISST’s city center location makes it highly accessible by public transportation, offering students a convenient travel options
Tuition fee discounts
For our current students, tuition fee discounts are available in the following cases
- The student has received awards or prize-winning placements in international Olympiads, competitions, or scientific conferences.
- The student actively represents RTU ISST in external activities (science events, conferences, or school representation at the national or international level, etc.).
The amount of the discount depends on the chosen tuition payment method:
- Yearly payment – If the tuition is paid once per academic year, a total discount of 1230 EUR is applied for the full three-year study period (410 EUR per academic year).
- Semester payment – If the tuition is paid twice per academic year (once per semester), a discount of 3318 EUR is applied for the full three-year study period (1106 EUR per academic year).
- One-time payment – If the tuition is paid in a single payment for all three years, no discount is applied.
The discount is granted based on the recommendation of the Director of RTU ISST and the approval of the RTU ISST Board.
For our prospective students, discounts are available in the following cases:
- National Olympiad Laureates – A discount is applied to students who have received at least two awarded places (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in the third stage of national-level subject Olympiads.
- Children with a common legal guardian – A discount is applied if two or more children with the same legal guardian (parent or custodian) are enrolled at RTU ISST at the same time. The discount applies to all children of the respective legal guardian.
- Children of RTU employees – A discount is applied to a student whose legal guardian (parent or custodian) is employed at Riga Technical University.
